Showcasing AI Capabilities and Industry Solutions to Build a Multi-Layer Intelligent Foundation
During exchanges with attendees at the conference, Futong Technology highlighted its integrated capability framework spanning computing power, data, and AI agents, demonstrating its end-to-end AI capabilities and industry-focused solutions.
At the AI capability layer, the iCore Enterprise Agent Platform leverages a three-layer architecture covering application, operations, and production to build a comprehensive enterprise AI ecosystem. The platform enables organizations to establish a complete closed loop from data assets to knowledge intelligence, and from tool integration to AI agent delivery, accelerating large-scale AI adoption across complex business scenarios.
At the data layer, iCore Data Workshop, serving as the data and model production engine within the iCore ecosystem, addresses the core data challenges enterprises face in AI implementation. It streamlines the entire process from multi-source data integration, intelligent governance, and knowledge construction to model training and AI application deployment, helping enterprises build an AI Data Ready foundation and efficiently transform data into knowledge assets and AI capabilities.
At the application layer, iCore Voice of Customer (VoC) focuses on customer insight and service operations. Powered by multi-agent collaboration and multimodal semantic understanding, the platform performs unified analysis and intelligent attribution across voice, text, and multi-source customer feedback data. It helps organizations establish an intelligent closed loop from customer voice collection and issue discovery to decision optimization, enabling a shift from reactive response to proactive insight.
At the infrastructure layer, Futong Technology also showcased its CloudAtlas - Cross Domain Heterogeneous Compute Orchestartion Hub, which enhances resource utilization and AI infrastructure operations through intelligent scheduling, operational optimization, and unified management of computing resources, providing a reliable foundation for enterprise AI applications.
Building on these capabilities, Futong Technology has developed AI solution offerings for key industries including automotive, healthcare, government, and education. Covering critical stages from data governance and intelligent analytics to business application deployment, these solutions help organizations rapidly establish and scale AI capabilities at different stages of their digital transformation journey.
Using Ecosystem Collaboration to Drive AI Deeper into Industry Applications
As a key node in China’s Eastern Data, Western Computing (Dongshu Xisuan) national strategy, Ningxia is accelerating the development of computing infrastructure and promoting the deep integration of digital technologies across modern agriculture, advanced manufacturing, public services, and government governance.
Going forward, Futong Technology will continue to strengthen collaboration with China Telecom Ningxia and regional ecosystem partners. Leveraging its AI platforms and industry-specific solutions, the company will further accelerate the deployment of AI technologies across local industrial and government sectors, contributing to the development of an open, collaborative, and mutually beneficial digital intelligence ecosystem.
