On December 12, the 2025 AI Cloud Industry Development Conference, hosted by the China Communications Standards Association (CCSA) and organized by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), was successfully held in Beijing. The selected case focuses on the real-world challenges faced by a leading automotive brand in applying intelligence to its Voice of the Customer (VOC) data. The enterprise had already established a large-scale VOC system covering over 100 data sources and processing millions of records daily.
