On June 20, the 2025 Hong Kong AI & Cloud Computing Industry Conference was successfully held at the Hong Kong Productivity Council Tower. The event was jointly organized by the Hong Kong Productivity Council and the Cloud Security Alliance Greater China, with support from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT). Leaders from government, industry, academia, research, and investment sectors across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and overseas gathered to discuss the latest trends in AI and cloud computing integration, promoting Hong Kong’s accelerated integration into the national digital economy.

At the conference, the Hong Kong Cloud Service Baseline Standard (covering security and AI) released its phased research results, marking a new stage in the standardization of cloud services in Hong Kong. Led by the Hong Kong Productivity Council and CAICT, the standard was developed collaboratively with multiple leading enterprises operating in Hong Kong, including Futong Technology, leveraging the trusted cloud framework to provide standardized guidance for cloud service security and AI governance.
